30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and, where applicable, in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) may be required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@greenfadel.com before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Returns sent without a prior request may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue appropriately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@greenfadel.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- custom or personalised items
- gift cards
- perishable goods (where applicable)
- personal care products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before opening or using it.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within the 14-day legal cooling-off period in the European Union. After this period, returns for sale items are not accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the simplest option is to return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging, unless an exception applies.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
